What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability; you can always leave your luggage at reception.
Is alcohol served at the hotel?
No. Sareban Hotel is an alcohol-free family hotel; there is no alcohol in the hotel or in the minibars.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast options can vary by season and rate; please ask us on WhatsApp for current details. There are plenty of breakfast cafés and bakeries around the hotel.
How far are Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque?
Both are about a 12–15 minute walk. Little Hagia Sophia is just a few minutes away.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we arrange paid private transfers from Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gökçen. Just send your flight details on WhatsApp.
Is there parking?
The hotel has no car park, but we can point you to paid car parks nearby.
Are pets allowed?
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Is there a lift?
Yes, the building has a lift.
Can children stay?
Of course. We are a family-friendly hotel and our triple rooms suit small families. Please request extra beds or cots in advance.
Is a sea view guaranteed?
When you book the sea-view room type you get a room facing the Marmara; how much sea you see depends on the floor. All guests can enjoy the sea from our rooftop terrace.
Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and shared areas.
Can you arrange tours and museum tickets?
Yes. Reception arranges Bosphorus cruises, city tours and day trips and shares the best times to visit museums.
